New Beginnings is a new church start, meeting since the first of October 2007. The first of January 2008 we called a pastor, and requested membership in the Middle District Baptist Association and the Baptist General Association of Virginia as a mission church. Having met in homes and a law office, we are currently meeting in the facilities of Emmanuel Episcopal Church, 2390 Emmanuel Church Road, between Route 13 and Route 60. (click here for map)
We believe that there is a holy God who seeks a personal relationship with us; that this relationship is made possible only through the work of Jesus Christ, God's only Son; that the Bible is God's Word to us for direction in life; that we are called to pray; and that the church exists to represent God in its community.
